Europe Trip #25: That's All Folks!

Well, that's it for the pictures of my exciting trip to England, Slovenia and Austria. I hope you've enjoyed these photos almost as much as I enjoyed being there to take them... ha ha ha!

Here's one final picture of the sunrise over the Tasman Sea as we headed back to New Zealand.

Stumbled on your blog tonight due to our joint interest in aviation...thanks for the tour, nice little collage of photos here : ) Loved this Sunrise one the best though, just gorgeous...thanks for sharing that...

By the by...in your profile you mentioned that you enjoy books about aviation....Have you read Antoine de Saint-Exupery's trilogy, "Airman's Odyssey" beginning with "Wind, Sand and Stars"? ...Fantastic Read...Also Beryl Markham's "West with the Night"...those are two of my favorites.....

thanks again for the sunrise! : )

Hello Hindsfeet,

Thanks for visiting and commenting! I'm glad you like the pictures. With your interest in aviaion, have you stumbled on my other blog http://www.flying.geek.nz ?

I haven't read any of the books your mentioned [yet :-)]. Depending on your exact taste in books, you might like "Freedom Flight" [Alan Honeybone, Ricky De Agrela] about a couple of South African guys on a round-the-world microlight trip.

I've taken a quick look at your blog and I really like it! I've added the RSS feed to my favourites. Come back any time!

Cheers,

Rodney
